Remembrance Day 2011
Introduction
Ripley Primary School is all that you would expect of a village school - the school is supported by the community and plays its part in community events. Some of the children have grandparents who were also educated here and the stability and commitment this lifelong relationship brings is the source of much of the school's strength.
Ripley Primary is a Church School with a very strong link to the Parish Church and as a result we participate in many shared activities. The school has undergone a period of transition from Infant to Primary status; this has presented many challenges and opportunities, we are now excited that from September 2011 we will house every year group from Reception to Year 6.
We are extremely proud of our school and village community and welcome all to come and share in its life and growth. We encourage good behaviour and mutual respect amongst the children and staff and foster a holistic approach to school life. It is our intention to inspire all:
'to be the change they want to see in the world.' Mohandas Gandhi
