Minutes for the PSA Meeting 31/03/08 03/04/2008

Ripley Parish Council supported by Guilldford Borough Council organised Ripley Clean-Up Day on Saturday. The event was organised to encourage the local village to take pride in their village which is up for the Calor Gas title 'Village of the Year'. Many Ripley School teachers, parents and children took part. It was a great way to show our appreciation to the Parish Council who have supported us whole-heartedly in our through-school campaign.

Children's Valentine Disco hosted by the school today and organised by the PSA was enjoyed by all. Healthy snacks were kindly donated by Budgens, a huge thank you to them, valentine iced biscuits donated by Rachael Pearce, red heart balloons by Nicola Masters - one for all the children and sound and lights donated by Lisa Barry. The event made a great start to the mid term break starting tomorrow.
