Mortgage
Broker (and Ripley Infant school parent), Chris Harris,
of Weycroft Financial Services will donate money for any
new mortgage or remortgage that he arranges for any customer
referred to him in connection with the school fund raising
exercise.
Just
mention the school when contacting Chris, and from the
commission he will receive from the lender for arranging
the mortgage he will donate 0.1% of the loan amount to
the school! A £150,000 mortgage would therefore
raise £150 for the school.
What's
more Chris does not charge fees for his services so the
only fees you will need to pay will be the standard fees
the lender will charge any customer.
Even
if your current mortgage deal is about to come to an end
and you wish to take a new deal with your current lender,
please contact Chris first, as some lenders will pay commission
in this instance too!
