This aim will be achieved by:

Developing self-esteem, self-discipline, self motivation, respect for others, respect for the environment, respect for the skills of all who work in the school
Ensuring equal opportunities for all the children and staff
Offering opportunities to show initiative and opportunities for individual and cooperative working
Encouraging parental support and involvement as well as links with the community
