The children enjoy school so much that they are keen to stay on after hours to join in with the after school sports clubs.

Breakfast and Afternoon School Club

Ripley Church of England Primary School run a Breakfast and Aftertoon School Club. Children can join them for breakfast and after school snacks, play games and take part in many fun activities. Morning runs from 8am - 8.45am and Afternoon runs from 3pm - 5pm.

As from 6th October the prices for breakfast and after school club are as follows:

Breakfast Club - £3 per seesion
After School Club - £3.50 per hour

Swimming Pool

The children at Ripley Primary School are lucky enough to enjoy the full use of a swimming pool on site. All children in Red, Yellow and Blue class get to enjoy half an hours swimming 4 days a week throughout the six week half term before the Summer Holidays.

The children are taught in small groups (approx 7 per group) by a qualified teacher and make tremendous progress and gain in confidence over this time, all in the comfort and security of their school grounds.

The swimming pool is funded mostly by the PSA via fund raising events, parents also contribute towards the lessons.

The pool is in a fenced, secure, gated area, it has its own changing rooms for boys and girls and is heated.

After a hard days work at school, the pool is also open after school during this time for fun swimming with parental supervision for a small charge.
